1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between You and Cyber Trader Hunter PI LLC regarding Your use of Our websites, portals, products, subscriptions, investigative services, and related Services.

If You do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or use the applicable Service.

2. Services

Our Services may include:

• Private-investigation and investigative research services;
• Background and public-record research;
• Skip-trace and location-related research where legally permitted;
• Scam, fraud, threat, harassment, and online-activity documentation;
• Digital-evidence review and organization;
• Property, business, vehicle, foreclosure, and public-record research;
• Client consultations and investigative reports;
• Emergency Contact Privacy Proxy services;
• Scheduled customer check-in services;
• Customer support and related online services.

Specific services, deliverables, prices, limitations, and authorization requirements may also be stated in a service description, checkout page, intake form, engagement agreement, consent form, or invoice.

3. Eligibility and Lawful Purpose

You must use Our Services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for providing a truthful and legally permissible reason for requesting investigative information.

We may refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate a request when We reasonably believe the requested activity may violate law, invade protected rights, facilitate stalking, harassment, fraud, identity theft, unauthorized surveillance, or another unlawful act.

Services involving a minor must be requested by, or properly authorized by, a parent, legal guardian, or other person legally permitted to make the request.

4. Client Information and Authorization

You agree to provide accurate information regarding:

• Your identity and contact information;
• The purpose and scope of the requested Service;
• Your relationship to the matter being investigated;
• Any required authorization or consent;
• Information necessary to perform the requested Service.

We may request additional documentation or verification before beginning or continuing an investigation.

5. Investigative Services

Investigative findings may be based on information obtained from clients, public records, databases, third-party information providers, open-source intelligence, interviews, digital evidence, government records, and other lawful sources.

Records and databases can contain outdated, incomplete, conflicting, or inaccurate information. We may attempt to corroborate information when appropriate, but We do not warrant that every third-party record or source is complete or error-free.

Investigative reports are prepared for the lawful purpose identified by the Client and should not be altered to misrepresent Our findings.

6. Consumer Reports and FCRA Restrictions

Unless We expressly provide a legally compliant consumer-reporting service for a specific permitted purpose, Our investigative and data-search services are not intended to be used as consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

You may not use information obtained through Our Services to determine eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act unless the Service is specifically offered and performed for that legally permissible purpose.

7. Emergency Contact Privacy Proxy and Check-In Services

Emergency Contact Privacy Proxy and check-in Services are communication and notification services. They are not 911 services, medical-alert systems, law-enforcement dispatch services, emergency-response services, or continuous monitoring services.

If You or another person is experiencing an emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service directly.

You are responsible for providing accurate emergency-contact information and for ensuring that You have permission to provide contact information belonging to another person.

8. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials and for activity performed through Your account.

Notify Us promptly if You believe Your account, case portal, or credentials have been accessed without authorization.

9. Payments and Billing

Prices are displayed before purchase or stated in an engagement agreement, invoice, payment link, or service description.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not require You to provide payment-card information directly to Us when payment is handled through the payment processor.

Additional investigative time, travel, mileage, records fees, database charges, court fees, or other case expenses may apply when disclosed and authorized.

10. Subscriptions and Renewals

Certain Services may be sold as recurring subscriptions. The applicable price, billing interval, renewal terms, and included Service level will be disclosed before enrollment.

When a subscription is identified as automatically renewing, You authorize the applicable recurring charge until the subscription is canceled according to the cancellation method provided to You.

We may change future subscription pricing or Service features by providing notice when required by applicable law. A pricing change will not retroactively alter charges already paid for a completed billing period.

11. No Refunds and Cancellation

All payments made to Cyber Trader Hunter PI LLC are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

This no-refund policy applies to investigative services, research, consultations, reports, subscriptions, check-in services, Emergency Contact Privacy Proxy services, database searches, travel, mileage, third-party costs, and other services or expenses purchased from or through Cyber Trader Hunter PI LLC.

Cancellation of a recurring subscription stops future renewal charges when completed before the next billing date. Cancellation does not provide a refund or credit for amounts already paid.

12. Calls, SMS, and Email Communications

Depending on the Service You select, We may communicate with You or authorized contacts by telephone, SMS/MMS, or email for service delivery, account administration, check-ins, emergency-contact notifications, support, and other communications You have authorized.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing unrelated Services.

Where applicable, You may opt out of marketing SMS messages by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, or by contacting optout@cybertraderhunterpi.top.

Service-related communications that are necessary to perform an active Service may continue while that Service remains active.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Our Services to:

• Commit or facilitate a crime, fraud, identity theft, or deception;
• Stalk, threaten, intimidate, harass, or unlawfully monitor another person;
• Obtain information for an unlawful discriminatory purpose;
• Bypass legally required consent or authorization;
• Access accounts, devices, communications, or records without lawful authority;
• Misrepresent Our reports, findings, credentials, or Services;
• Resell restricted information in violation of law or contractual restrictions;
• Interfere with Our website, systems, portals, or security controls.

14. Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, communications, hosting, CRM functions, automation, data storage, public-record research, database searches, artificial-intelligence tools, and other business functions.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for outages, errors, changes, or inaccuracies originating solely from an independent third-party provider.

15. Privacy and Data

Our collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal information is described in Our Privacy Policy: privacy.cybertraderhunterpi.top.

16. No Guarantee of Investigative Results

Investigations and research depend on the facts, available records, cooperation of relevant persons, third-party databases, public information, and other circumstances outside Our control.

Payment is for the professional Service, research, time, analysis, communication, documentation, or deliverable described for the engagement. Payment does not guarantee that a particular person will be located, evidence will be discovered, money will be recovered, a legal claim will succeed, or a particular outcome will occur.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cyber Trader Hunter PI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the Services or reliance on third-party data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to a Service when necessary to protect clients, third parties, Our systems, Our legal obligations, or the integrity of an investigation.

We may also terminate a Service for nonpayment, fraud, misuse, abusive conduct, materially false information, or violation of these Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when Our Services, technology, business practices, pricing, or legal obligations change.

The current version will display a revised “Last Updated” date. When legally required, We will provide additional notice before a material change becomes effective.
