• We provide licensed digital investigation services in Virginia only.
• No physical surveillance or armed services are offered.
• All investigations comply with relevant privacy and data protection laws.
• Reports are not “consumer reports” and may not be used for housing or employment decisions.
• Pretexting, hacking, or illegal access is not permitted.
• You are solely responsible for how You use any information provided. Misuse releases Us from all liability.
• Suspected child abuse will be reported per mandatory reporting laws.
• No legal advice is provided unless arranged with a licensed attorney.
• All findings are informational only.

5. Payment Processing & Refund Policy

• Payments are processed via Stripe, which uses PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure and machine learning for fraud reduction.
• No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable for investigative services, reports, research, or document delivery.

6. Investigative Data & Service Delivery

• Reference data may be obtained from IRBsearch and is not guaranteed to be accurate or court-admissible.
• PACER is used for obtaining official federal records.
• All data is managed in Zoho Creator; results are delivered securely via Zoho WorkDrive.
• All data is handled with strict confidentiality and protected by Zoho Creator’s certified security protocols.

7. SMS/MMS Messaging Consent

• By providing Your phone number and opting in, You consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from CyberTraderHunterPI LLC.
• Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers, including T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Messaging Disclaimer

• The Company is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by Your mobile carrier related to SMS/MMS messaging.
• Message delivery is subject to Your carrier and is outside Our control.

9. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We strongly advise reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site You visit.

10. Confidentiality & Ethics

• All client data is handled with confidentiality.
• Data is protected using security measures compliant with ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and more.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes are handled by binding arbitration in Richmond, Virginia.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Where required, notice may also be sent via SMS or email.
